Quotations & Booking Confirmation
All written quotations are valid for a period of 14 days from issue. We may be able to reserve your requested date of booking longer than this however this cannot be guaranteed. We will continue to provide quotations to other clients which may include a booking which falls on your required date. Should this be the case, we operate a first come basis and your booking will only be confirmed on receipt of deposit and signed booking form. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking with the remaining 50% being paid no later than 14 days prior to your event. In instances of a booking being made less than 14 days prior to the event date 100% non-refundable fee would be payable to confirm your booking.
Cancellations
The 50% deposit to confirm your booking is non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations made after 14 days prior to event date will lose their deposit. All cancellations must be made in writing to Organic Spirit.
Insurance & Liability
Organic Spirit Limited holds certificates for Public Liability and Employer’s liability. Copies of these can be produced on request. Clients providing their own equipment, stock or staffing would not be covered under the insurance policy of Organic Spirit and should therefore ensure that they have adequate insurance cover. Organic Spirit shall not be liable for any cost arising from loss due to unforeseen circumstances outside of their control.
