Our Executive Chef, Eleanor Niblock, has had an obsession with cooking as far back as she can remember and has spent years refining, inventing and learning all she can about the culinary arts. Our tantalizing treats will be the talking point of your event and we can offer an extensive array of food that can be adapted to suit any occasion.

Organic Spirits food is seasonal, local and organic and we are passionate about sourcing the best quality produce and using only the finest ingredients.

Everything that we create for your event, from simple nibbles to elaborate banquets, is done from scratch enabling us to ensure that no hidden ingredients make it into our food. We use seasonal produce, small, local and artisan producers and organic ingredients as much as we can and as such our menus reflect what is seasonally at its prime – this results in a fresher and tastier dish for you and is better for the environment all round.
